The Alpaca Four Seasons Duvet inner is made up of two duvets that dome together and is the ideal all year round duvet solution. The 250gsm duvet inner is great for spring and autumn, while the 150gsm duvet inner is superb for the warmer summer months. Domed together they make a luxurious winter duvet inner, thus providing you with an all year round option!
Proudly made in our factory from only the finest, highest quality 100% New Zealand alpaca fibre, this duvet is sustainable, hypoallergenic, odour and mildew resistant and lighter than wool. The fibres we work with for this range come from selected breeders all across New Zealand and are carefully selected for their superior quality. Our alpaca fibres are extremely smooth, allowing us to create a fleece that is as soft as cashmere, but 25% warmer than sheep wool. Alpaca fibres also boast one of the highest moisture wicking properties of all natural fibres. This means that the fibres in your duvet first absorb the body moisture, keeping sweat away from the body and then slowly release the moisture to the outside of the duvet into the air, allowing for you to be dry and evenly warm throughout the night, summer and winter. Our duvets are made using a 100% sateen cotton cover with 400 thread count and carry a 5 year guarantee for unconditional fine workmanship and quality.

Unfortunately PO Box addresses are not accepted for orders & your parcel will be returned to sender (us) if the delivery address is a PO Box.
CUSTOM OR IMPORT DUTY FEES
Custom or import duty fees are sometimes charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges will vary widely from country to country and will depend on your parcels weight and size. Although rare, we recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid any surprise additional fees. If you should refuse the parcel, Novadown will not refund the original shipping charges, nor pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the parcel.
Any delays due to customs or couriers once parcels have left New Zealand, are beyond our control and whilst we do our best to ensure delivery is within the given time frame we are not liable for any delays that are out of our control.
Buying online can be a bit daunting at times, especially for high end products such as ours. You can’t see or feel the product and have to depend on descriptions, images and reviews to decide whether or not the product is right for you.

What does this mean for you?
If you receive our product and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days to return your product to us for an exchange, gift card or refund – the choice is yours. The only condition is that you return the product in its original state. That means it needs to be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
For exchanges – send off the item you wish to exchange to us (please follow the shipping instructions below). Once we have received and inspected the item, we will give you a call to arrange a payment/refund of the difference in purchase price before sending the replacement to you.
For returns/gift cards – send off your chosen exchange item to us (please follow the shipping instructions below). We will give you a call as soon as we have received the good to organise the refund or to send out a gift card.
Faults – Even though we take great care to ensure that our products are as near to perfect as possible, there is always a small chance that a product is faulty or was sent out incorrectly. If this should happen to you, please give us a call at 03 476 4221, so we can arrange pick up and replacement or refund.
